Water Content:
Ammonia Gas does not contain any water in the cylinders.
Mode Of Supply:
1. Anhydrous Liquid Ammonia (Ammonia Gas) in returnable 50 Kgs cylinders & 400 Kgs Tonners and also in road tankers of 6.5/11.2 M.T.'s capacity.
2. Ammonium Hydroxide (Liquor Ammonia) in Returnable carboys and road tankers
Cylinders:
40 Kgs Net Capacity Cylinders:
Seamless mild steel cylinders as per BSS 401 specification and are Czechoslovakian made.
50 Kgs Net Capacity Cylinders:
Three piece welded mild steel cylinders as per IS7680 specification. These are Indian made and manufactured by Bharat Pumps & Compressors Ltd and Jai Maruti Gas Cylinders Ltd.
Tonners:
400
kgs Net capacity tonners:
Ammonia gas tonners are as per technical specifications NHO2/1297 having
a tare weight of approximately 620 kgs, with shell & dished ends material
as SA-516Gr.70.
Maintenance
And Testing Of Cylinders:
We
are an authorised testing station to maintain and test the Ammonia Cylinders
as per the Gas Rules of 1981 by the Chief Controller of Explosives, Nagpur.
Transportation:
We
transport Anhydrous Liquid Ammonia (Ammonia Gas) in tankers with a capacity
of 6.3, 6.5, 6.7 & 11.2 Metric Tonnes from various fertilizer companies
to the customer. Currently we regularly transport Anhydrous Liquid Ammonia
(Ammonia Gas) to many leading Government Organizations, Reputed Pesticide
companies, Basic, Bulk Drug & Pharmaceuticals companies in South India.
